Install Reports Inbox from your bot’s Modules tab. Configure the settings below, save, and deploy the bot to apply changes. See module setup for shared setup steps.
Set up and use
Choose Reports inbox channel and restrict its visibility to your moderation team. Enable Create thread per report if reviewers need a discussion thread.
Members use /report with a target and a reason. Include the target and evidence in the reason too: the current report card displays the reason but does not separately display the selected target. Allow anonymous reports hides the reporter on the card. The confirmation stays private to the reporter.
Reviewers click Claim to mark ownership, then Resolve to close the card. Keep the inbox private because access to these buttons comes from access to the message. Case numbering restarts when the bot restarts.

Discord setup and troubleshooting
BotDen prepares the invite permission request automatically from your enabled modules and saved commands/events. Use the invite generated by BotDen.
