Temporarily block messages in selected channels and notify staff.
Install Lockdown Presets from your bot’s Modules tab. Configure the settings below, save, and deploy the bot to apply changes. See module setup for shared setup steps.
Set up and use
Choose an alert channel, list the channel IDs to lock, and set the lockdown slowmode. Leaving the list empty targets the server’s eligible text channels.
A moderator with Manage Channels runs /lockdown to toggle protection. Activation denies Send Messages for everyone and applies slowmode. Running it again clears that overwrite and resets slowmode to zero.
Previous custom overwrites and slowmode values are not restored automatically. Check permissions after lifting a lockdown. Keep an accessible staff channel outside the selected list.

Discord setup and troubleshooting
BotDen prepares the invite permission request automatically from your enabled modules and saved commands/events. Use the invite generated by BotDen.
